One Year Free Controls Optimization
For buildings we construct with HVAC and/or lighting controls, Novak Group’s Energy Efficiency Services team will provide the following as a value-added benefit for our customers at no additional fee:
- Initial Commissioning – Novak Group will provide the initial commissioning the building controls system, working with customer staff to tailor the temperature sets and schedules to the needs of the building occupants.
- Continuous Optimization Service – Besides the initial commissioning, we will ensure that the HVAC and lighting control systems are adjusted seasonally in order to realize maximum energy efficiency savings.
Besides the value of this service itself, customers gain the energy savings that come through a properly managed HVAC and lighting control system. In our experience performing energy audits of all types of facilities, we have found new buildings that are not properly commissioned and managed can consume 20% or more energy than necessary, even LEED certificated facilities.
